This is a complete flexible crinoid (Forbesiocrinus) from the Warsaw Formation near St. Louis. The Warsaw Formation in this area is more limestone than siltstone and represents possibly a deeper water environment. The specimen is quite 3-dimensional and is well centered on the matrix slab. This is a good crinoid from an unusual location.
