Here is one of the rarest crinoids we have ever offered for sale. This was recently obtained from a major crinoid collection. We have collected the Burlington Formation extensively for 26 years and this is only the second specimen we have ever seen. Complete crinoid crowns of any type are extremely rare in the Burlington Formation and to get a complete crown of this genus is truly amazing. The specimen has great plate structure and sits nicely in a squared block of matrix. This is perhaps the most collectible Burlington crinoid we have ever had.
