This is a very nice crinoid association piece. It is a detailed Phanocrinus and others from Kentucky. This fossil was obtained from a major crinoid collector. The crinoid is very 3-dimensional and is very well articulated. The sea lily has great detail preserved on the long arms and cup. There are also TWO Archimedes bryozoans on the plate. These unusual, corkscrew-shaped bryozoans are only found in the Mississippian of North America! There are also TWO blastoids preserved on the plate. This is a very nice association specimen with two types of echinoderms and a bryozoan.
