Here is a plate of very detailed crinoids from Gilmore City, Iowa. The plate has three detailed Dichocrinus multiplex, one Eretmocrinus tentor, and one Circidocrinus cirrifer preserved on the slab. The crinoids are beautifully displayed with stems present, which is very unusual. The fossil echinoderms have great color and contrast and are naturally positioned on the large plate of limestone. This is a very fine set of five crinoids from a classic crinoid locality. (The red dots are used for identification.)
This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally.
