This is a very nice specimen of Lyriocrinus from the Rochester Shale of New York. The crinoid is well positioned on a large, rounded matrix plate. The crinoid has great plate structure. The biserial arms are splayed out to create a beautiful display. Some of the tiny pinnules of the arms are exhibited. The crinoid has an articulated stem attached to the crown. The crinoid is 3-dimensional and has great color and contrast. And there is a rare complete Radnoria trilobite on the same plate. This is a very unusual specimen of Lyriocrinus and Radnoria from the Silurian.
