This is a fine specimen of Eratocrinus sp. from the Warsaw Formation of Illinois. This inadunate crinoid has a small, bowl-shaped cup and multi-branching, uniserial arms. It has excellent detail and clearly shows the endotomous branching of the arms. The crinoid is very 3-dimensional and is nicely centered on a small, squared matrix plate. This is a beautiful crinoid from the Warsaw Formation.
