This is a rare Burlington crinoid. It is a Steganocrinus pentagonus from Missouri. This specimen has GREAT detail and GREAT white color that contrasts beautifully with the orange-brown matrix. There are also two killer Cryptoblastus blastoids on the plate. This is a super display plate of a rare crinoid and blastoid association.
