This is a pair of large Missisippian crinoids. They are Uperocrinus aequibrachiatus and Uperocrinus pyriformis from the Burlington Formation of Missouri. Both specimens have great detail, especially in the plate structure. Both crinoids are nicely positioned on the large matrix plate. The crinoids are very 3-D, and contrast well with the orange-brown matrix. There are also many crinoid stems on the slab. This is a large, displayable plate of Burlington crinoids.
