This is a very finely detailed specimen of Abrotocrinus coreyi from the Warsaw Formation of Illinois. The crinoid has excellent plate structure. The branching, pinnulated arms are very beautiful. A section of pentagonal stem is attached to the crinoid. The fossil is well centered on the rounded siltstone plate. This is a very clean specimen of Abrotocrinus from Illinois.
