This is an excellent specimen of Abrotocrinus unicus from the Edwardsville Formation of Indiana. The crinoid has great color and superb detail. The plate structure is very evident. The branching pattern of the pinnulated arms is nicely displayed. The crinoid retains a good portion of the stem. The crinoid is well centered on a rounded block of siltstone. This is a wonderful crinoid specimen from the Mississippian of Indiana.
