This is a really wild plate of crinoid calices and blastoids from the Burlington Formation. There are two specimens of Globoblastus norwoodi (blastoid) present. There are specimens of Dorycrinus sp.(with spines), Eutrochocrinus christyi, Macrocrinus verneuilianus, Uperocrinus aequibrachiatus, Eretmocrinus sp., & Uperocrinus pyriformis. The white crinoids and blastoids contrast very well with the orange-tan matrix. The fossils are 3-dimensional and have good detail. There are also associated crinoid fragments and even a horn coral on the slab. This is a great display slab of Burlington echinoderms.
