Here is an extremely rare flexible crinoid, Eutaxocrinus gracilus, from the Devonian of Iowa. The specimen is a nice white crinoid on tan matrix. Plate structure is very good and the arm branching shows well. It has a nice long stem attached. This is an example of a rare early flexible crinoid crown from an unusual location.
