We are not sure of the proper identification of this crinoid. The plates of the cup are highly ornamented. The uniserial arms expose the pinnules quite nicely. The crinoid has excellent color and contrasts wonderfully with the matrix. There is even an impression of a brachiopod on the same piece of matrix. This is a nice collectible crinoid from the Ordovician of Canada.
